or it has no copyright in force, (2) you have obtained consent from the persons who appear in the video and that
all individuals are of 18 years of age, (3) you keep and maintain records pursuant
to 2257 and will make them available to XRed2
on request - if you are unsure what is required under 2257 you can find a explanation

. (4) the material is legal and does not contain any minors, animals or physical
vilolence - any videos of this nature will be deleted and relevant authorities notified.
You hereby grant to XRed2 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, world-wide,
irrevocable, transferable license with the right to grant sublicenses through multiple
tiers of sublicensees (including, without limitation, licensing your User Content
to our Partners) to publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, store, transcode,
syndicate, broadcast, reproduce, edit, modify, create derivative works, and otherwise
use and reuse your User Content (or any portions or derivative works thereof) in
any manner, in any medium, for any purpose. Motionbox and its Partners reserve the
right to display advertisements in connection with your User Content and to use
your User Content for advertising and promotional purposes.
